About Me.

My name is Chelsea and I was born and raised in the Hutt Valley Region.
I live in Upper Hutt with my husband, our baby Grace and our rescue dog Champion.
Growing up surrounded with pets (cats, dogs, guinea pigs) I found myself obsessed with animals from a young age.
After graduating from High School I decided to pursue my passion and study Animal Care at WelTec. I then progressed to studying Veterinary Nursing.
I've worked at many different vet clinics in the region, giving me a vast selection of people to learn from, and expanding my knowledge.
While working as a head nurse, I decided to study Advanced Feline Behaviour for Veterinary Professionals, which I achieved with distinction.
This really helped highlight to me the gaps in the industry where "best practice" doesn't necessarily cover what is the best way to handle and treat Cats.
